These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to jennifersnell.com, our booking and checkout pages, and the services we offer. "We," "us," and "our" mean Essentials Everyday, LLC, doing business as Jennifer Snell Consulting. "You" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

By using this site, booking a call, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. EDUCATION, NOT MEDICAL CARE

Jennifer Snell is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and wellness educator. She is not a medical doctor, and she is not a licensed healthcare provider.

• Our services and content are for education and wellness support only.

• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Functional lab tests are used to look for patterns and guide lifestyle choices. They are not used to diagnose medical conditions.

• Working with us does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

• Always talk with your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications.

2. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES

• You must be at least 18 years old to book or buy.

• Our services are offered to people living in the United States.

• Some functional lab tests are not available in every state. If a test cannot be shipped to your state, we will tell you before you pay for it, or offer an alternative or a refund for that test.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

• Prices are listed on our website or checkout pages, in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is due at checkout unless you choose a payment plan.

• Payment plans may cost more in total than paying in full, because they include processing fees. The full total is shown before you buy.

• If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every scheduled payment, even if you stop participating.

• If a payment fails, we may pause your services until it is resolved.

• Program clients also sign a separate client agreement before labs are ordered. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the client agreement controls.

4. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

We reserve real time for every client, and lab costs are paid out of pocket once tests are ordered. That is why these policies matter.

Initial Consultation ($97)

• You may reschedule once, at no charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your call, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up, the fee is not refundable.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will treat the call as a no-show.

• Your $97 fee is credited toward a program or lab package if you enroll within 30 days of your consultation.

Lab tests and the HTMA Mineral Insight Package

• Once a lab test is ordered or a test kit is shipped, the lab portion of your payment is not refundable.

• You are responsible for collecting and returning your sample on time. If a kit is lost, expires, or must be redone because of a collection error, you may be charged a replacement fee.

• Lab turnaround times are set by the lab, not by us.

Coaching programs

• You may cancel for a full refund within 3 days of purchase, as long as no labs have been ordered and no sessions have taken place.

• After labs are ordered or your first session takes place, program fees are not refundable.

• Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session without notice counts as used.

• Unused sessions expire 30 days after your program end date.

Free calls, resources, and digital products

• Free calls may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time. Please let us know so we can offer the time to someone else.

• Paid digital products are not refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Give accurate and complete health history information.

• Keep working with your doctor. Do not stop or change any prescribed medication without your doctor's guidance.

• Tell your doctor about any supplement or product you plan to use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

• You are responsible for your own choices and results.

6. EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES

• If you join our list, you may receive educational and promotional emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• Text messages are sent only if you check a consent box. Consent to texts is never required to buy.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

7. PRODUCTS, PARTNERS, AND LINKS

• Jennifer Snell is an independent doTERRA Wellness Advocate. doTERRA has not reviewed or approved this site, and the opinions shared here are our own.

• We may recommend supplements through a practitioner dispensary, and some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

• Products you buy from other companies are sold under their terms, including their return policies.

• We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites we link to.

8. OUR CONTENT

All content on this site and in our programs (videos, workbooks, guides, quizzes, and protocols) belongs to us. It is for your personal use only. Please do not copy, share, resell, or post it without written permission.

9. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Client stories reflect one person's experience. They are not typical and are not a promise of any result. Everyone's body, history, and follow-through are different, so results vary.

10. NO GUARANTEES

We share our services and content "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, or wellness outcome.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Purchases are governed by the Terms in place at the time you bought.
