I’m Jennifer, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner passionate about helping health-conscious women gain deeper insight into their health through functional lab testing and personalized wellness strategies so they can better understand their body and feel balanced again.

For years, I felt like I was doing many of the healthy things I knew to do.

I cared deeply about natural wellness. I used essential oils, paid attention to nutrition, and did my best to support my family’s health in a thoughtful way.

But even with all of that, something still felt off.

I had dealt with headaches since I was young, and as the years went on, I also began struggling with weight gain, stress eating, fatigue, stiffness, and feeling like my body was changing in ways I didn’t understand.

I found myself wondering how I could be trying so hard to live a natural, healthy life and still not feel well in my body.

Like many women, I went looking for answers, but too often I was left without the kind of clarity I was hoping for.

That frustration led me to explore a different path.

Why I Chose This Work

As I began learning more about functional wellness, I realized that sometimes the missing piece isn’t trying harder — it’s gaining deeper insight into what the body may be trying to communicate.

That understanding eventually led me to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.

Through my training, I learned how hidden stressors and functional imbalances can influence things like:

✔️ stress resilience

✔️ overall wellness

Most importantly, I learned how functional lab testing can help provide meaningful insight so wellness strategies can be more personalized and less based on guesswork.

What I Believe About Wellness

I believe that wellness should feel personal, practical, and empowering.

I believe many women are doing the best they can with the information they have — and still not getting the answers they need.

I believe the body often gives signals long before things make sense on paper.

And I believe that with the right insight, simple and realistic strategies can help people feel calmer, more confident, and more supported in their health journey.

My approach is centered on using functional lab testing, personalized wellness strategies, and sustainable lifestyle support to help clients better understand what their body may need.
